Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at LAVY. Our team at LAVY makes sure that your orders are in good condition at all times, and packed properly before it's shipped. Once you have made your order, there is no cancellation of the orders.

You have 7 days from the shipping date of your order to return/exchange/refund your purchase from LAVY, subject to the terms and condition below.


Payments made are not refundable unless any exception matters with the following conditions stated below. Please read below for more description about LAVY's refund policy.


Exchange
- Exchange will be accepted only if one of the item in the gift box is dented or spoiled. For example, if a particular mooncake or bottle received is broken or spoiled, then LAVY will exchange only the particular spoiled item.
- Exchange item will be sent to customer once the return is received by LAVY.
- Customer bears the return and re-delivery shipping costs (subject to situation).

Refund
- Full refund will only be made if LAVY products are completely broken. We don’t do partial refund of a particular item, only exchange.
- Full refund except the initial shipping costs will be issued upon receiving the product/s.
- Refunds will be processed to method of payment given by customer for easier tracking of money movement. It will be processed within 14 - 30 working days (subject to which payment method customer uses).
- Processing fees will be deducted should it occurred during the refund.
- The customer bears the return shipping costs (subject to situation).

Parcel Opened
- in any case, the parcel is opened upon receiving the parcel, customer is required to inform the courier service at once.
